The SDG Brand Champion Awards is a distinguished recognition program that serves to acknowledge and celebrate the outstanding contributions made by the brands towards the attainment of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Bangladesh. This esteemed award initiative is designed to honor and showcase the innovative and effective practices and initiatives undertaken by businesses, non-governmental organizations, development organizations, trade bodies, and brands that have contributed towards the promotion & implementation of sustainable development goals in the country. The SDG Brand Champion Awards stands as a testament to the exceptional contributions of organizations/brands that have committed themselves to the advancement of the SDGs, and serve to inspire and encourage others to follow in their footsteps.

This category aims to recognize individual organization, and partnerships that have demonstrated excellence in promoting (SDG 16) – Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, as well as (SDG 17) -Partnerships for the Goals.
The “Sustainable Partnerships & Institutions” category recognizes initiatives that have promoted sustainable development through collaborations between different stakeholders, including governments, civil society organizations, private sector entities, and communities. These initiatives should be built on the principles of inclusivity, transparency, accountability, and participation, and should focus on promoting equitable and sustainable development.
Nominees in this category may have demonstrated excellence in areas such as:

The brand should have implemented initiatives or programs that have contributed to promoting gender equality, such as implementing policies to ensure pay equity, promoting women’s leadership and representation in all levels of the organization, and addressing gender-based violence and harassment in the workplace. Each participating organization can submit as many entries in as many categories as they prefer.

Online Submission Process
- A PowerPoint Presentation based on a given template*
- Supporting documents
– Initiative AV under 2 minutes duration is mandatory. This AV will help the Jurors to understand the initiative better
– No Objection Certificate (NOC) (Must be signed/sealed by the authority of the initiative)
– Reports, white papers, press release or media coverage (optional but recommended) – Third party certifications/awards (if any)
– ESG/Sustainability report (if available) - Audio Visual of the particular initiative (based on the context of submission & category). It should be less than 2 minutes. This AV will help the Jurors to understand the initiative better
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) (Must be signed/sealed by the authority of the initiative)
- The impact mentioned should have definite proof.

Submission Method Guidelines
- There is no requirement to provide hard copies of the documents unless specifically requested.
- The submission should be in accordance with the provided nomination form.
- Please provide supporting images in either PNG or JPEG format, with a combined maximum file size of 15 MB.
- Please submit high-resolution audio-visual and digital content in the .mp4 format
- Each entry must be submitted through the given PowerPoint presentation and the word limit should be followed strictly.

entry must be paid online or via an A/C payee cheque made out to “Brandzeal” at the Bangladesh Brand Forum office. We encourage online payments, and the necessary system has already been developed and integrated into the online platform.
